The input material is drawn in by two shafts rotating slowly toward each other (thus producing no dust or noise), onto which blade discs are mounted. This process is monitored by an intelligent and innovative PLC control system. If the machine is overloaded or if foreign objects are present in the cutting mechanism, the control system reverses the rotation. Thanks to the precise cutting gap of the blade discs, the material is shredded with minimal effort. The attached scraper comb prevents the material to be shredded from wrapping around or being pulled up. The blade width or the number of cutting edges determines the output size of the material.
