The wet separation table was primarily designed for use in cable recycling, but due to its specifications, it is also suitable for a wide range of other separation processes.
The dual-mass oscillating system design ensures consistently high-quality material separation across various frequency ranges at throughput rates of up to 250 kg/h.
Foundation anchors and time-consuming table alignment are a thing of the past. The wet separation table is mounted on height-adjustable machine feet, which ensure quick and easy alignment.
The design of the lower trough, which serves as the discharge channel for the light fraction, guarantees, on the one hand, minimized metal losses during the separation process and, on the other hand, high water purity; the water is pumped through the circuit and cleaned, ensuring high separation quality over a long period of time.
The wet separation table can be combined with a wide variety of system concepts, including as an add-on solution for dry separation systems.
The separation of metallic from non-metallic components is achieved through their differing behaviors in a water bed—resulting from the difference in density—which is applied via nozzles on the wet separation table. While the heavy fraction rises to the top of the table, the light fraction floats to the surface and is flushed out with the water. This guarantees nearly 100% separation of the materials, regardless of the structure of the feed material.
In addition to its outstanding separation efficiency, the wet separation table is characterized above all by low energy consumption, a small footprint, and, last but not least, an affordable price and very low operating costs.
