The MG 220 XL cable granulation system is a high-performance solution for the professional processing and recycling of cable material. The system was manufactured in 2014 and is currently undergoing an overhaul. Equipped with a turbo mill, it is suitable for professional use in cable recycling and recycling facilities.
The system configuration includes a Wagner WS 15 pre-shredder manufactured in 2014 with a 16.5 kW / 400 V drive. The pre-shredder performs the initial shredding of the material and prepares it for subsequent processing in the cable granulation system.
The system is supplemented by an MG dosing hopper, which enables controlled material feeding. As part of the overhaul, the system will be equipped with two new conveyor belts and a new cooling unit.
